We offer retreats guided by experienced, international teachers-- with stays of 3 to 7 days. Each retreat is centered around a theme, or a teaching and led by one or two teachers. The variety of themes/experiences are endless along with the list of knowledgeable and interesting teachers who will grace our land. Each retreat includes approximately 5hrs of teaching per day and the rest for exploration, relaxation and communion with others, nature and oneself. Professionals offering massage therapies and other healing modalities will a part of the retreats at an extra cost.
Our retreats revolve around our four foundational pillars of sleep, bathe, move and nourish. Unguided activities include: sit in nature for some shinrin-yoku “forest bathing” or bathe in the river, sweat it out in the sauna, lie on your bed and listen to the sounds of nature, take long, slow, deep breaths perfumed with the essence of lavender. Explore the paths, fields and forests around us. Fish in the river for some trout! Borrow the binoculars and do some seriously cool bird watching.
Our days are highlighted by delicious and harmonizing meals to help reboost and revitalize your health. Using only organic or locally sourced products, we seek to have the highest quality food in terms of how it was grown or produced. The vibrational quality of food and beverage is of upmost importance to us. Every retreat will have a specific meal plan that corresponds with the experience of your stay at Tinhela610.
