Cat’s journey from the editorial halls of Condé Nast to the deeply spiritual floors of her London yoga school reflects the kind of life transformation we believe in at Tinhela610. As a Senior Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance UK) and Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher, she brings over two decades of experience guiding students into presence, practice, and purpose.
