Grow Green 2, Saturday 23 May. Included in your weekend immersion :

We begin the morning with guided movement and meditation, awakening the body and breath beneath open sky. From there, Fernanda Botelho will lead a nature walk through the valley, inviting you to rediscover the quiet wisdom carried by the plants that grow around us. Maria Cramês will open the living world of fermentation, sharing the ancient art through which time, care, and invisible cultures transform food into nourishment. At midday, Luís Alves will offer a talk on the place of trees in our world—guardians of balance, memory, and renewal. The morning workshops are repeated for the alternate groups in the afternoon.

A shared seasonal lunch is included, prepared to nourish both body and spirit.

TEACHERS

Fernanda BotelhoHerbalist and educator dedicated to medicinal plants and traditional botanical wisdom.

Fernanda Botelho is a herbalist, educator, and guardian of traditional plant wisdom, devoted to deepening the relationship between humans and the healing intelligence of the natural world. Through decades of study and practice, she has cultivated an intimate knowledge of medicinal plants, guiding others to rediscover their ability to nourish, protect, and restore balance.

Her work is rooted in careful observation, reverence, and the understanding that plants are not merely remedies, but living teachers. By sharing their properties and stories, she helps others remember a slower, more attentive way of inhabiting the earth.

On 23 May 2026, Fernanda Botelho will join Tinhela610 as a Guest Lecturer at the Grow Green gathering, offering her knowledge of medicinal plants and inviting participants to reconnect with the quiet wisdom growing all around them.

Maria Cramês. Fermentation educator and practitioner specializing in traditional living foods and ecological nourishment.

Maria Cramês is a fermentation practitioner and educator devoted to preserving the ancient wisdom of living foods. Through her work, she explores the invisible yet powerful processes through which time, microorganisms, and care transform simple ingredients into nourishment rich in vitality and resilience.

Her approach bridges tradition and ecological awareness, guided by the understanding that fermentation is both a science and a quiet act of stewardship—supporting human health while honoring the living systems from which all food arises.

On 23 May 2026, Maria Crames will join Tinhela610 at the Grow Green gathering, where she will lead two hands-on fermentation workshops, sharing the timeless knowledge of cultivating living foods and reconnecting participants to the rhythms of nature, patience, and renewal.

Luis Alves. Agronomic engineer and regenerative agriculture consultant, founder of Cantinho das Aromáticas and Negrilho Consulting.

Luís Alves is an agronomic engineer and regenerative agriculture consultant based in Porto, whose life’s work is devoted to listening to the land. As founder of Cantinho das Aromáticas and Negrilho Consulting, he accompanies landscapes and their stewards in restoring soil health, biodiversity, and the quiet cycles that allow water and life to move freely once again.

His approach unites scientific knowledge with deep observation, guided by the belief that regeneration begins not with control, but with attention. Through his work, he helps places—and those who care for them—return to their natural balance, where the living systems of earth, water, and human presence can thrive together once more.

On 23 May 2026, Luís Alves will join Tinhela610 as a Guest Lecturer for the Grow Green gathering, sharing his wisdom and lifelong devotion to regenerating land, restoring ecological harmony, and cultivating a deeper relationship between humans and the living world.
