What is RE-ALIGN ? Rest - Rebalance - Restore

RE-ALIGN is a 5-night / 6-day women’s retreat designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect - with your body, your energy and your inner rhythm.


Through Hormonal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Marine shares simple, accessible practices specifically designed to support women’s health, stress regulation and hormonal balance.

These practices are easy to learn and meant to be reused independently long after the retreat ends.


This retreat combines gentle, intentional Yoga sessions, deep rest, nourishing food, activities and time in nature to support your nervous system, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.


This is not a luxury escape or a busy schedule. It's a pause. A reset. And a set of tools you can truly carry with you.


Marine Baaklini is a certified Yoga Instructor specialising in Hormonal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga

Nidra, with a strong focus on women’s health and nervous system regulation.

She supports women through different life stages and challenges, including fertility concerns, irregular

cycles, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, using gentle and accessible practices.

Marine’s approach is grounded, compassionate and respectful of each woman’s rhythm to support

hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.


With RE-ALIGN, Marine invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body and rediscover what

balance truly feels like - supported by nature, Yoga and community.


A Typical Day at RE-ALIGN with 3-4 hours of daily practice

08:00 - Warm herbal drinks & nuts

~08:45 - Morning Yoga Practice

~11:00 - Brunch

Midday - Time to rest & integrate

This time is intentionally unstructured. You are free to choose what you need:

  • Nature Walks

  • Bathing in the natural spring waters or the river

  • Journaling with self-reflecting prompts

  • Napping in one of three hammocks or resting in your wood cabin with a good book

  • Watercolor painting in nature (paints & paper provided on site)

  • Snacks at 15h

~17:30 - Evening Yoga Practice. Yoga Nidra for deep rest.

19:00 - Dinner

A sacred evening gathering around the fire, with chanting, singing. A Tinhela610 ritual.


We will hold a magical Full Moon Ceremony on May 1st, celebrating the Flower Moon with the multitude of wildflowers from all around the land of Tinhela610. Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram.


Your accommodations

This retreat is intentionally simple and respectful of the environment.

Presence, nature and depth are the focus. Maximum 10 women, beautiful wood cabins for two (twin beds) with gorgeous portuguese linens, towels and bathrobes. Ecological soaps and shampoos provided. Bathing ritual takes place in our japanese inspired bathhouse (eco-conscious setting) next to our finnish wood stove sauna.


Healthy Nutrition with Nourishing, anti-inflammatory meals prepared by Tinhela610’s chef, with a

strong focus on gut health and hormonal balance.

The cuisine is: gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, rich in fermented foods, seasonal and nourishing. Food is an essential part of the RE-ALIGN experience as it is supporting digestion, energy and overall wellbeing.

Shared Cabin for 2 persons. Price per person :

Regular: €2,100


Single Occupancy (only 2 cabins) :

Early Bird: €2,300

Regular: €2,500

Payment Terms

€500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot

Remaining balance payable in 2 instalments, if needed.

Full payment due by February 28, 2026 (60 days before retreat).

RE-ALIGN is a small, intimate retreat where everything aligns by letting go and letting be. Our professionals will hold the space for you--Marine, our chef, the T610 Team--let your mind pay only attention to your breath and the moment. The nature around you will ease you into this new time/space which help your nervous system to slow down. It's a luxury to be in such a place with so few people--many sheep and goats roam the land and also play a part in remembering ancient pastoral times. Unforgettable and unique.
