In this six-day retreat, we embrace the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Program, a science-backed protocol that allows the body to experience the regenerative benefits of fasting while still receiving nourishment. Each carefully crafted meal, each moment of movement and stillness, is an invitation to reset—to pare away the unnecessary, to remember what it is to feel truly well.

Each morning, before the world stirs in earnest, we rise to herbal tisanes, breathwork, and meditation, greeting the day with deliberate presence. Over five days, participants will receive carefully formulated plant-based meals designed to nourish while keeping the body in a fasting state. Each day includes 3 Prolon meals and snacks:
Nutrient-dense soups featuring vegetables, legumes, and healthy fats
Nut and seed bars rich in essential fatty acids and plant proteins
Herbal teas and hydration support for optimal well-being

This is an on-going retreat, all year long at Tinhela610. It is not offered during certain times when there is a prior retreat or private event booked.

Accommodation: twin or double bed cabins and limited availability single cabins

Finnish Sauna & Cold Plunges: Enjoy the wood-burning sauna on Monday and Thursday evenings, followed by refreshing plunges in the river, a practice proven to enhance both physical and mental health.
River Swimming: Swim in our natural river basins or find your own private swimming holes scattered across the property.
Permaculture Gardening: Get hands-on in our permaculture garden—plant, tend to the land, and learn about sustainable gardening practices.
Watercolor Painting: Relax with watercolor painting sessions, on your own. We provide the supplies.
Outdoor Spaces: Unwind in one of three hammocks, enjoy the outdoor movement platforms (yoga mats provided for your personal practice), or meditate in our secluded alcoves.
Communal Areas: Chill in our restored stone mill zen den or our cozy glamping tent—perfect for reading, chatting, or relaxing with fellow guests.
Movement Platforms: when not in a class, use our exercise/practice platforms with mats available for your comfort.

At Tinhela610, respect and consideration are the foundation of our retreats. We maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, where guests are mindful of personal space and privacy. It’s important that all interactions remain respectful and considerate.
To ensure this, we ask guests to observe the following:
Mobile phone use is restricted to your cabin, ensuring a peaceful communal environment.
Safety: Be cautious around the river, as no lifeguard is present.
No smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
No pets: Our two therapy cats and friendly dog reside on the property, so additional pets are not allowed.
Any improper behavior may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund. We maintain a peaceful, respectful space where everyone can enjoy the retreat in unity and serenity.
Extras
Transportation: Tinhela610 is 125 km (about 1.5 hours) from Porto International Airport. We can help arrange pickup and drop-off services, or guests can rent a car for the scenic drive.
Massage and Healing Sessions: Available upon request, pre-booked before your arrival.
