Accommodation: twin or double bed cabins and limited availability single cabins

Meals: Hearty brunch, snacks, and dinner with house wine, served at our communal Table d’Hôte, either indoors or outdoors, weather permitting.

Finnish Sauna & Cold Plunges: Enjoy the wood-burning sauna on Monday and Thursday evenings, followed by refreshing plunges in the river, a practice proven to enhance both physical and mental health.

River Swimming: Swim in our natural river basins or find your own private swimming holes scattered across the property.

Permaculture Gardening: Get hands-on in our permaculture garden—plant, tend to the land, and learn about sustainable gardening practices.

Watercolor Painting: Relax with watercolor painting sessions, on your own. We provide the supplies.

Outdoor Spaces: Unwind in one of three hammocks, enjoy the outdoor movement platforms (yoga mats provided for your personal practice), or meditate in our secluded alcoves.

Communal Areas: Chill in our restored stone mill zen den or our cozy glamping tent—perfect for reading, chatting, or relaxing with fellow guests.

Movement Platforms: when not in a class, use our exercise/practice platforms with mats available for your comfort.
